Senior Software Engineer

The role....Ffern is a sustainable, mission-driven fragrance brand — and technology is at the heart of how we grow.

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our cross-functional product pods. You'll sit inside a small, focused team of engineer, designer, and growth lead, taking full ownership of revenue-driving customer journeys across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle. Expect fast, iterative work — A/B testing, continuous improvement, and staying close to what you ship.

The work....

• Take full ownership of at least one core customer journey — from architecture through to post-release monitoring.
• Work closely with design and growth to design and implement experiments across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle.
• Constantly improve your area of ownership, both technically and from a growth perspective.
• Support fellow engineers across pods.

Our stack....We run a monorepo architecture managed by Turborepo. Our core technologies include Next.js, PostgreSQL (via Supabase), QStash, Redis, Sanity, Prisma, and Growthbook. We deploy daily and keep our CI/CD lean.

What we need....- 4+ years as a full-stack engineer, ideally with D2C or e-commerce experience.
- You've shipped A/B tests to production.
- You're comfortable with uncertainty and you push hard to get things over the line.
