This is a hybrid role.
Your future duties and responsibilities
You'll work with clients to design, assure, and continuously improve IT services that support business transformation and operational excellence. From shaping service strategies to supporting major service transitions, you'll play a key role in delivering successful outcomes while working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
You'll also contribute to bids and advisory work, share your expertise with colleagues, and help grow CGI's service management capability.
• Design end-to-end service solutions and service architectures.
• Develop service transition plans for new and changing services.
• Review and improve service management processes.
• Partner with clients to define service requirements.
• Assure service designs and provide expert guidance.
• Drive continual service improvement using data and insight.
• Support pre-sales activities and solution development.
• Mentor colleagues and share best practice.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
We're looking for someone with strong service management experience who enjoys solving complex challenges and working with clients to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Experience across the IT service management lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, service strategy and service design.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience designing and assuring service solutions.
• Knowledge of service transition and process improvement.
• Experience with ITSM tools and cloud-based environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience working with SLAs.
• The ability to mentor others and build trusted relationships.
