Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.
Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the delivery of technology-enabled transformation programmes that help clients achieve their strategic objectives and improve business performance. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the development of business strategies, transformation roadmaps, and investment cases while helping clients turn complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions. You will engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions, supporting transformation from discovery through implementation and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
You will also contribute to the continued growth of CGI's consulting practice by supporting business development activities, sharing knowledge across teams, and helping to foster a collaborative culture where innovation, continuous learning, and professional development are encouraged.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver & Support technology-enabled transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
Develop & Shape business strategies, transformation roadmaps, investment cases, and value realisation plans.
Analyse & Recommend solutions to complex business challenges using structured consulting methodologies and data-driven insights.
Engage & Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive discussions across business and technology teams.
Collaborate & Align business strategy with digital capabilities, process optimisation, and organisational change initiatives.
Support & Contribute business development through proposals, bid responses, and client presentations.
Share & Mentor by contributing to capability development, knowledge sharing, and supporting junior colleagues.
Innovate & Improve consulting approaches through continuous learning and adoption of modern transformation practices.

You'll bring consulting experience and a passion for helping organisations deliver successful business and digital transformation. You will be an analytical problem solver with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate complex business challenges into practical recommendations while working collaboratively across client and CGI teams.
Essential qualifications and experience:
Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation or digital change initiatives.
Consulting experience within a recognised consulting organisation or an in-house transformation function.
Experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
Ability to build relationships and engage confidently with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Good understanding of digital transformation, business architecture, process optimisation, target operating models, and change management principles.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
Relevant professional certifications in business analysis, project delivery, change management, or technology disciplines are desirable.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
