Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (360) London / WFH to £40k + OTE

What You'll Do:
- Build and grow your own portfolio of technology clients
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
- Source and place high-calibre technology professionals across a range of specialist markets
- Develop long term client and candidate relationships built on quality and trust
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets with the support of dedicated advertising and marketing teams
About you:
- You have experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or similar professional market
- You have a proven track record of developing client relationships and generating placements
- You have strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach
- You have advanced communication, organisation and relationship building skills
